If you are new to The Grove, we are glad that you joined us and hope you felt welcome among us!  We are a group of like-minded friends from different sound Christian churches around Montgomery that share life together.  Our prayer is that we will glorify God, be mission oriented, and grow together in His image as we hang out, attend our local churches, and keep on meeting on Tuesday nights.  Feel free to contact any of the people listed below for additional information regarding The Grove or check us out online at www.groveontheweb.blogspot.com.
 
Upcoming Activities:
May 4th - National Day of Prayer
May 6th - Frazer Flea Market:  Saturday 7am - 2pm the Frazer Singles Ministry will be hosting a Flea Market on the soccer fields directly behind Frazer.  All proceeds will go to directly support the Singles Ministry at Frazer to include outreach programs and mission trips.
May 10th - Da Vinci Code Summit - Saint James Methodist Church is hosting a meeting on Wednesday May 10th from 9 to 11:30am to help church leaders and lay people be prepared to help people separate the facts from the fiction of this upcoming movie.  It will equip you with the tools you need to sift through the confusion this movie will create.  If you are interested in attending please contact the church office or Jan Kotouc by Tuesday, May 9th, as we have to RSVP with the number attending.
May 18th - Thursday Night Bowling:  9:00pm at Brunswick Lanes
May 20th - Bruno's soccer game in Atlanta (additional details to follow)
May 21st - The Grove flag football game (additional details to follow)
June 3rd (Tentative) - Praise Day (additional details to follow)
 
Next Week at The Grove:
Will Sledge Band in Concert - Next week we will enjoy worshiping together through the music of Will Sledge Band.

 - Laura's friend's brother who was bitten by a spider
 - Lauren Stone as she travels to Chicago
 - Bright as he takes finals, travels to Nashville for a soccer game, and for his Dad

 - Chris as he prepares to leave for Africa
 - Beau as he begins graduate school
